Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all purchases made through mizzleink.co.uk. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About us MizzleInk is a trading name of Kairen Lilley, based in Cornwall, England. Contact: contact page
2. What we sell We sell digital surface pattern design files. All products are digital downloads delivered electronically — no physical item is shipped. Purchasing a product grants you a licence to use the design under the terms set out in our [Commercial Use Licence] — it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the artwork to you.
3. Placing an order When you place an order, you’re making an offer to buy. We’ll send an order confirmation by email; this confirms we’ve received your order, and your contract with us is formed at the point your file becomes available to download.
4. Pricing and payment All prices are shown in [GBP/your currency] and, where applicable, include VAT. Payment is taken in full at the time of order via PayPal or WooPayments. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.
5. Delivery of digital products Your file(s) will be available for instant download once payment is confirmed, via your account on our website. Please ensure you have access to a suitable device and software to open PNG files before purchasing.
6. Your right to cancel and the digital content waiver Under UK consumer law, you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which you can cancel an order without giving a reason. However, because our products are digital content delivered immediately on payment, this right ends as soon as download begins — but only if you’ve given clear, explicit consent to this in advance and acknowledged that you’re giving up your right to cancel. You’ll be asked to confirm this via a checkbox at checkout before your download becomes available. If you don’t check this box, standard cooling-off rules apply and your download will be held back until the 14-day period has passed (or until you actively confirm you want it sooner). 7. Faulty or corrupted files If a file you’ve downloaded is faulty, corrupted, or doesn’t match its description, contact us straightaway and we’ll put it right — either by sending a corrected file or, where that’s not possible, offering a refund or partial refund.
8. Intellectual property All designs remain the copyright of MizzleInk. Your purchase grants a licence to use the design under our Commercial Use Licence — it does not grant ownership of the artwork.
9. Limitation of liability We aren’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our products. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so (for example, for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
10. Governing law These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
