Once your payment’s gone through, your file will be available straightaway from your account — just sign in, go to Orders, and click Download. You’ll also get an email confirmation with a download link, so keep hold of that too in case you need it later.
Every pattern is a high-resolution JPG file, 300 DPI, 12 x 12 inches, with a flattened background — ready to drop straight into whatever design software or POD platform you’re using.
Yes! POD use is explicitly covered under our Commercial Use Licence — mugs, tote bags, wrapping paper, cushions, and similar physical products are all fine. Full details are on our Commercial Use Licence page.
No — the licence covers using the design to create physical products for sale, not reselling the digital file in its original format. You also can’t share, redistribute, or give the file away, or claim the design as your own original artwork.
That shouldn’t happen, but if it does, email us on the contact page with your order number and we’ll sort it quickly — either with a fresh copy of the file or a refund if we can’t fix it.
Any programme that opens PNG images will work — Procreate, Photoshop, Affinity Designer, Canva, and most POD platforms all accept JPGs directly. You don’t need anything specialist.
Yes — once you’ve purchased a design, you can use it across as many different product types as you like (fabric, stationery, home décor, and so on), all under the same Commercial Use Licence.
No — there’s no cap on the number of physical items you can produce and sell using a design you’ve purchased. The only restriction is on reselling or redistributing the digital file itself.
Every design is hand-drawn from a home studio in Cornwall — no AI involved, just years of hand-drawn pattern work. You can read more on our About page.
Yes, small business use is specifically included in the Commercial Use Licence. If you’re planning something larger in scale (a big production run, for example) and want to check you’re covered, just drop us a line on the contact page before you buy.
